Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by BGlobal Ventures (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, to be one of its most important goals and conditions for conducting its activities.
This Policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://www.bglobal.vc and users of educational services provided by the Operator.

1. KEY TERMS USED IN THE POLICY

1.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computing technology.
1.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary cessation of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

1.7. Operator — a legal entity that, independently or jointly with others, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.8. Personal data — any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable User of the website and educational services of the Operator.
1.9. User — any visitor of the website https://www.bglobal.vc or user of the educational services provided by the Operator.
1.10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
1.11. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons.
1.12. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data so that their content cannot be restored in the personal data information system.

2. PERSONAL DATA THAT MAY BE PROCESSED BY THE OPERATOR

2.1. The following personal data may be processed by the Operator:

• Email address;
• Phone number;
• Payment details (when paying for services);
• Educational activity data (course attendance, academic performance).

2.2. The above data are collectively referred to as "Personal Data" throughout this Policy.

3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

5.3. Personal data of the User will never be transferred to third parties, except where required by applicable law.
5.4. If inaccuracies in the personal data are identified, the User can update them by sending a notification to the Operator at info@bglobal.vc marked “Update of personal data.”
5.5. The duration of personal data processing is not limited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notice to the Operator via email at info@bglobal.vc marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.”
5.6. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties using User’s personal data in the context of payment processing, analytics, or provision of educational platforms or similar services. Such parties act in accordance with their own privacy policies. Users must familiarize themselves with these policies before using such services.

6. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. Before initiating a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
6.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign countries that do not meet these requirements may be carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject and/or in connection with the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The User may contact the Operator for clarification on issues related to the processing of their personal data via email at info@bglobal.vc.
7.2. Any changes to this Personal Data Processing Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is effective indefinitely until replaced with a new version.
