As part of this activity, the decision of the directors of the Private Company "BGlobal Ventures Ltd." (minutes No. 3/24 dated June 21, 2024) approved the Anti-Corruption Policy, as well as the Regulation on the Anti-Corruption Compliance Officer, providing for a set of measures to ensure transparency, honesty and compliance with anti-corruption standards in the implementation of the company's activities.
