BGlobal Ventures is pleased to announce the appointment of Nurzhan Bais as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Nurzhan brings over 15 years of experience in investment, corporate governance and international cooperation. Through years he has held key positions in various quasi-governmental organizations involved in private equity, fund management and entrepreneurial development in close collaboration with international investment institutions.
At “Kazyna Capital Management” JSC and its subsidiaries, he oversaw legal and compliance due diligence of investment deals, supported the implementation of investment strategies, and also led the development of investment projects within the social-entrepreneurial corporation system in Kazakhstan.
His appointment reflects BGlobal Ventures’ commitment to strengthening its position in the venture capital market and enhancing institutional processes in working with investors and startups. Nurzhan’s extensive experience in private equity and deep understanding of the local market will help effectively advance the company’s strategy to develop the region’s venture infrastructure and ecosystem.
