Memorandum signed by the Managing Director of "Bglobal Ventures Ltd." Tairzhan Maksutbekovich Yesenov, General Director of "Startegeast - Kazakhstan Limited" Anatoly Aronovich Motkin and General Director of "Astana Hub" Absamet Abay Sakenovich, establishes the basic principles and directions of cooperation between the parties. According to the memorandum, "Bglobal Ventures Ltd." and "Astana Hub" intend to work together in the following areas:
Contribute to the organization of a platform to support the venture investment market in Kazakhstan and develop the startup community.
Provide support in developing the competitiveness of Kazakh startup projects in international IT export markets, attract foreign investment and promote the development of the business climate in the country.
Participate in the Fund’s programs and events to support Kazakh startup projects within the framework of venture investment.
Promote the development of the Fund's industry centers within the framework of venture investment.
Provide cooperation in conducting a corporate accelerator for startup projects at all stages of development.
Develop other forms of relationships agreed upon by the parties during the cooperation process.
